Philippines | Bureau of Immigration’s 2025 annual report

Summary

The Philippine Bureau of Immigration (BI) reminds all registered foreign nationals (principal and qualified dependents) who are holders of an Alien Certificate of Registration Identity Card (ACR I-Card) to comply with the 2025 Annual Report (AR). The guidelines are available at BI Operations Order No: 2024-003.

The detail

Compliance period is within the first 60 days of the current year or until 1 Mar 2025.

Failure to comply within the compliance period will subject the ACR I-Card holder to a fine of Php200.00 per month of delay, with a maximum fine of Php2,000.00 per year of delay.

In case the relevant foreign national is on leave and/or will not be in the Philippines within the compliance period, this must be immediately processed upon return to the Philippines or within 30 days from the Philippine arrival date to avoid penalties.
