When you apply for a position with Vialto, we work closely with you throughout the process. Below is a look at what you can expect when interviewing.
Over approximately two weeks, we screen all candidates for the role and hold phone conversations. We prepare shortlists and review suitable candidates, providing feedback on next steps.
We check availability and schedule virtual interviews with candidates who have successfully met the screening requirements—ensuring candidates are prepared with any materials and information needed. This stage takes approximately two days.
Conducting interviews takes approximately two days. Candidates will speak with multiple employees who will assess the fit for the role. We will provide feedback and let candidates know whether they are the right fit at this time.
Ahead of extending an offer, we prepare all details such as salary and benefits. We extend a verbal offer first and then a written offer along with a new-hire form. Offer approval timelines vary and the offer acceptance process may take approximately eight days.
