About James Bruce
James Bruce is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in professional services businesses. He most recently served as Board Advisor and Group President at Unispace, a global workplace strategy, design and construction leader. Prior to Unispace, Mr. Bruce was the Group CEO and before that Chief Finance and Operations Officer at Buro Happold, an engineering consulting business. Mr. Bruce has also held senior roles at WPP’s Landor & Fitch and at Omnicom’s Interbrand. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Natural Sciences from Durham University and is a Fellow Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales.
About Keith Nichols
Keith Nichols brings nearly 20 years of experience from Thomson Reuters, where he led the business unit servicing tax and accounting firms across the US, UK, and Canada. He has held leadership roles in the Government and Corporate Tax segments and managed all Thomson Reuters businesses in Sub-Saharan Africa during his three-year tenure in Johannesburg. Mr. Nichols has a strong background in strategic planning and operations. Earlier in his career, Mr. Nichols served as an officer in the United States Army, with active service in Germany and Bosnia-Herzegovina. He holds a BS in Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
