Leveraging ihp ANALYTICS’ unique, real-time digital software platform, My Work-Life ANALYTICS® forged from the demanding world of elite sports, Vialto clients will be invited to take part in an exclusive programme, gathering powerful human data from a sample of their employees to understand the impact of business travel and other mobility events on employee health, wellbeing and, ultimately, their performance.
There is a growing body of evidence identifying the correlation between business travel and health. Recent independent studies from Harvard Business Review and International SOS found a strong correlation between the frequency of business travel with a wide range of physical and behavioural health risks. This included higher reported levels of stress, fatigue, burnout and loneliness, a higher Body Mass Index and clinical symptoms of depression in those who spent more than 14 nights away a month.
The data collected securely through the programme will enable businesses to take informed steps to improve the experience and wellbeing of their employees, and to improve issues such as talent identification, productivity and performance in their workforce whilst minimising burnout, absenteeism and presenteeism.
