In the Official Gazette dated November 13, 2025, it was announced that, by Presidential Decree, the rate of late payment interest has been revised to 3.7% per month. In accordance with the legal provisions, this change also applies to the default interest rate and the penalty interest rate for voluntary disclosure, which have likewise been set at 3.7%.
With this change, the late payment interest rate has decreased for the first time since 2019, and the latest amendments related to this change are as follows:
