Thailand | Update on “e-Work Permit” System—Ministry of Labour

Summary

The detail

Current Status

Due to technical issues, unfortunately the e-Work Permit platform is not yet fully operational. As of 17 October 2025, the Ministry of Labour (MOL) has acknowledged these issues and is reviewing user feedback to issue further guidelines. For technical support, contact the MOL hotline 1506 (press 2) or visit the Ministry of Labour (2nd Floor).

Interim arrangements

Note that the Labour Department is currently only accepting hard-copy submissions for:

  • registration/deregistration and
  • renewal applications.
