KSA E-visa Waiver for British Nationals
Summary
New e-visa waiver program has recently been launched by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs for citizens of the United Kingdom.
The Detail
The KSA Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) has announced that citizens of the UK (Great Britain and Northern Ireland) are eligible for an e-visa waiver and can now visit the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia without the need of a pre-approved visit visa in advance of their travel. The (EVW) program allows UK citizens who wish to visit Saudi Arabia for the purposes of business, tourism, study and treatment, to stay in the country for up to 180 days on the basis of a single entry.
Applicants wishing to obtain the EVW can do so by completing an application on the Unified National Visa Platform, accessible through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs website between 90 days to 48 hours prior to their travel date and the EVW approval is sent to the traveller’s email within 24 hours from submitting the EVW application.
