Vialto strengthens client partnerships across global work with appointment of Victoria Robinson as partner

Global mobility and workforce transformation leader joins in London to help clients navigate the growing complexity of the global work landscape

LONDON, OCTOBER 21, 2026— Vialto, a leading provider of integrated solutions for global work, including tax, immigration, rewards, advisory, and private, today announced that Victoria Robinson has joined the firm as a partner. Based in London, Robinson will work across the firm’s practices to help Vialto’s clients meet their global work needs, from immigration and tax to rewards and advisory.

Robinson is a UK and US tax-qualified adviser with nearly three decades of experience in global mobility and workforce advisory. Her work combines deep technical knowledge of tax, social security, reward, and pensions with hands-on experience delivering large-scale technology and transformation programs. At Vialto, she will serve as a senior point of contact for clients, bringing forward the right expertise, technology, and teams to solve their most pressing global work challenges.

Most recently, Robinson worked at PwC advising clients on HR and people strategy. Before that, she built and led PwC’s Workforce Strategy and Culture group and served as head of mobility for PwC in the UK. Throughout 20-plus years at PwC, including as a partner, she coordinated large client programs delivering legal, tax, reward, pension, and regulatory advice across 54 countries. She held previous roles at Deloitte and Price Waterhouse.
