Vialto Partners welcomes Sunitha Kumar as Vice President, Tax Compliance and Social Security

NEW YORK, June 26, 2026—Vialto Partners, a leader in integrated solutions for global work, including immigration and tax services, today announced the appointment of Sunitha Kumar as Vice President, Vialto Value Network Tax Compliance and Social Security. Based in Bangalore, India, Kumar will oversee delivery and governance for Vialto’s tax compliance and social security services across Europe and the Middle East.

Kumar joins Vialto from EY with more than two decades of experience building high-performing teams, shaping global delivery models, and driving transformation across markets. Most recently, she served as Executive Director at EY Global Delivery Services, where she led and expanded the EMEA corporate tax delivery team, strengthened delivery frameworks, and enhanced capabilities across key markets. With a focus on innovation, operational excellence, stakeholder engagement, and talent development, she is well positioned to strengthen Vialto’s delivery capabilities across the region.
