New global leadership role reinforces Vialto’s commitment to accelerating AI adoption and transforming service delivery worldwide
NEW YORK, November 2, 2026— Vialto Partners, a leading provider of integrated solutions for global work, today announced that Frederic Le Gall has joined the firm as Senior Vice President, Head of AI Delivery. Based in Zurich, Fred will lead the global rollout and adoption of artificial intelligence across Vialto’s operations, helping transform business processes, enhance service delivery, and drive efficiency across the organization.
Le Gall brings more than 30 years of experience spanning global mobility, expatriate tax, technology development, and business transformation. He joins Vialto from KPMG, where he worked for over 20 years and served as a partner, playing a leading role in developing and deploying global mobility technology solutions. He was the driving force behind KPMG’s LINK Go global mobility platform, pioneered the development of the firm’s first AI-enabled expatriate tax compliance solution, and helped establish global technology capabilities supporting mobility professionals worldwide.
At Vialto, LeGall will focus on translating AI capabilities into practical, scalable solutions, working with teams across geographies and service lines to embed AI into everyday operations and deliver measurable business value.
“I believe AI will transform our world in ways we’re only beginning to imagine,” said LeGall. “Having spent my career at the intersection of technology and global mobility, I see a unique opportunity for Vialto to lead this change. I’m genuinely excited to help our people embrace AI, create greater value for our clients, and shape the future of our industry.”
“Fred brings a rare combination of deep global mobility expertise and proven technology transformation experience,” said Rob Burke, Vialto Chief Operating Officer. “His track record of delivering technology solutions at a global scale makes him ideally suited to accelerate AI adoption across Vialto.”
