Vialto Partners strengthens private client offering with appointment of Amy Sewell as Tax Director

Seasoned wealth and RIA tax professional joins to expand US Vialto Private team

NEW YORK, July 8, 2026—Vialto Partners, a leader in integrated solutions for global work, including immigration and tax solutions, today announced the appointment of Amy Sewell as Tax Director within its Vialto Private practice. Sewell brings deep experience in the wealth and Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) space, further strengthening the firm’s ability to deliver tailored, high-quality tax solutions that meet increasingly complex client needs.

A Certified Public Accountant with more than 25 years of experience, Sewell built her career around tax compliance, planning, and advisory work for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, trusts, closely held businesses, partnerships, and foundations. Her background spans private and corporate accounting roles—including time in real estate and corporate finance—and a decade in public accounting at firms including Armanino LLP and BAKC, LLP, where she prepared and reviewed complex returns and led compliance for individual, trust, and business clients.

Most recently, Sewell served as Senior Tax Manager at Exencial Wealth Advisors (now Savant Wealth Management), where she directed tax compliance and planning for more than 400 clients and led and mentored a team of tax professionals. In that role, she worked closely with attorneys on estate-related tax matters and led process and quality-control initiatives that strengthened consistency across the practice.
