Sydney—November 10, 2022—Jonathan Dunlea, the Australia leader for Vialto Partners, was named the winner of the 2022 Outstanding Achievement Award at The Employee Mobility Institute (TEMI) Australasian Workforce Management Awards.
TEMI’s Australasian Workforce Management Awards acknowledge individuals and businesses that are successfully adapting, innovating, and embedding new and different capabilities and solutions within their organisations in response to new ways of working and global talent shortages.
Vialto Partners launched in spring of 2022 as an independent organisation, providing integrated solutions supporting global workforce mobility. Dunlea was recognised for his role during the launch of Vialto as “a stellar example of an inclusive leader during a once-in-a-lifetime transformational change, while ensuring that both employees and customers were heard and had an avenue to express their needs and ask questions to understand the impact of the organisational change.
