Seasoned leader brings deep expertise designing and implementing compensation and payroll solutions

Bond will focus on growing and scaling Vialto’s payroll operations business while ensuring clients receive the highest level of expertise and support amid an evolving regulatory landscape.
Bond brings over 20 years of mobility and global payroll experience to Vialto, with prior roles at Deloitte and EY. He has successfully driven revenue growth while spearheading the design and implementation of compensation, payroll technology, and delivery solutions. He offers deep expertise in these areas, as well as transformational experience leading and implementing payroll strategies to ensure compliance on complex client engagements.
