Seasoned leader in business immigration and global mobility brings deep expertise to grow immigration practice in India
NEW YORK, January 12, 2025 – Vialto Partners, a leader in integrated solutions for global work, including immigration and tax solutions, today announced the appointment of Sebin Jinny as Partner in its India practice. A highly respected industry leader, Jinny brings more than two decades of experience advising multinational organizations on business immigration, global mobility, and compliance-driven workforce strategies.
In his new role, Jinny will lead Vialto’s India immigration practice, overseeing all aspects of multinational clients’ immigration needs and advising on their global work strategy. He will work closely with clients, helping them navigate complex regulatory environments while enabling talent mobility with confidence and efficiency.
Jinny’s 20+ years of experience spans immigration and human resources management. Most recently, he served as Managing Director at an international firm where he built and led large-scale India inbound, outbound, and managed-services programs for a diverse global client base. He is widely recognized for delivering forward-looking immigration and mobility solutions that enhance compliance, operational resilience, and program efficiency. A trusted advisor on complex corporate transactions and government and policy navigation, Jinny is known for driving operational excellence and scalable immigration frameworks.
