Vialto Partners appoints Kasia Aiello as Partner, Tax

Accomplished global mobility professional will help clients solve complex business, tax, and people problems

NEW YORK, April 30, 2026–Vialto Partners, a leader in integrated solutions for global work, including immigration and tax solutions, today announced the appointment of Kasia Aiello as Partner, Tax. As Vialto continues to focus on growth and invest in top talent, Aiello, based in Tampa, Florida, joins the firm to support new and existing client accounts across the United States.

Aiello brings to Vialto nearly two decades’ experience running large, complex, and highly technical global engagements. A strategic advisor to clients across areas like global compliance, tax policy, advisory, regulatory, and risk management, she has built deep, trust-based relationships with clients and colleagues, sits on multiple boards and councils, and is an active public speaker on mobility and related tax issues.

Prior to Vialto, Aiello spent more than 15 years at KPMG, during which time she delivered sustained commercial success, including managing a high-profile client portfolio, and achieving industry-leading innovation, automation, and operational excellence. In addition, she was a recognized leader and people mentor, advancing large global teams, championing inclusion, and contributing thought leadership through board participation and speaking engagements.
