Experienced leader in product development and technology to accelerate and scale organizational product delivery
NEW YORK, January 7, 2025–Vialto Partners, a leader in integrated solutions for global work, including immigration and tax solutions, today announced the appointment of Bharath Sithian as Vice President of Technology Strategy. Reporting directly to Vialto Chief Product Officer Aaron Smith, Sithian is responsible for shaping, communicating, and operationalizing technology and product strategy across Vialto’s global organization.
Sithian brings close to 20 years’ experience in product strategy, operations, and partnerships across organizations ranging from international, matrixed Fortune 500 companies to venture-backed start-ups. He is deeply skilled at bridging product, engineering, and commercial teams to deliver scalable solutions and drive measurable client and business impact.
Prior to Vialto, Sithian led portfolio strategy and operations for ADP’s largest product portfolio, where he helped design and execute strategy across AI, mobile, and payroll experiences. Previously, he was VP of Operations and a founding executive team member at SaaS provider Firstbase, which was acquired in 2025 by AppDirect. A former entrepreneur, Sithian also brings extensive experience as a two-time founder. He began his career with nearly six years at JP Morgan as a credit analyst and derivatives/bond trader specializing in Emerging Markets Credit and Interest Rates.
