Seasoned immigration leader with two decades’ private practice and global client leadership experience further strengthens Vialto’s immigration team
LONDON, August 4, 2026—Vialto Partners, a leader in integrated solutions for global work, including immigration and tax solutions, today announced that Dhanjaye Damhar has joined the firm as a partner within its global immigration practice. Based in London, Damhar brings over two decades of immigration expertise spanning both legal practice and large-scale global client relationship management, adding significant depth to Vialto’s immigration capabilities.
Damhar joins Vialto from Newland Chase, where he spent over a decade in a series of progressive leadership roles, most recently as Senior Vice President, Global Client Relationships. In that capacity, he held accountability for key global corporate accounts, drove growth strategy across EMEA, North America, and APAC, and managed international client relationship teams. Earlier in his career he held immigration advisory roles at Fragomen and Emigra Europe.
Damhar has demonstrable experience managing complex global engagements for multinational organizations, bringing scale, efficiency, and consistency to client delivery. Having lived and worked across Europe and North America, he also brings a unique first-hand experience and understanding of the complexities surrounding immigration that inform the way he serves corporate clients and their employees.
